Rarity the Unicorn arrives in 2006, the very first unicorn and hopefully not the last! She comes in several versions. Shown at left is the large styling pony, which comes with hair accessories. The regular version of Rarity (shown below) is sold in the US with playset accessories and a music DVD. The US version of Rarity show below has super-long hair. There is also a European version, which is sold with the Rainbow Princess Castle, but her hair is the regular length.

At the 2006 Licensing Show, a special Licensing Show Rarity with modified symbol was given out  in limited quantity to the attendees, (it was suggested 500 pieces, not confirmed). LS Rarity was also available at the MLP Fair, for raffle.
