updating. :) Wow, Sweet Summertime in the US?
Found at Toys R Us by UnbeLITAble, the
Seaside Surprise with Sweet Summertime set
includes the pony with surfboard and other beach
accessories and comes in a beachball-shaped
plastic case. Oh, and in case you didn't know, MLP
is coming to a McDonalds near you in the very near
future. ;) If you're in the US, anyway. |

Check your Target stores for
Valentine's Day ponies, which might already be out
at some stores... and some Toys R Us stores are
having a buy-one-get-one free sale on ponies
through the 1st of the year (thanks, Kimberly).
It might be a good time to check out the bargains
at stores near you. |

Wishes, we don't expect these out in stores just
yet. These will probably be additions to the
current Butterfly Island sets early next year. |

available for order. Phew! Had us worried there

reports new Avon exclusive ponies! Peach Surprise
with Baby Tea Lily and Jazz Matazz with Baby Wave
Catcher.
See pics here. (In case you are wondering, the
names are reversed on the catalog.) Also, the 4th
edition rainbow ponies (including the hard to find
4) have hit Ireland (thanks, Coco Berry).
PS, thanks Alice. Say hi to your girls for
me. :) I had considered that about Love Wishes,
too. Alice reports from a Hasbro rep about Love
Wishes again. The pony's fate is still uncertain,
so all we can do is wait and see... |

Dec 15th update decided to go on vacation, I see.
Well, I'll do it again. Haha. OK, I'm sure most of
you have seen this already, but I'll just archive
some of the things that happened while I was
away... like, someone found 3-pack little plush
ponies, Tink, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash.
Tammy shares pics, including a shot of the new
points, which have Frilly Frocks on them. I assume
there will be no difference between new and old
points, except the style. 
Next... TraderTif reports the Charming
Birthday episode now available for VideoNow Jr.,
one of Hasbro's hot toys for the holidays, which
plays videos for kids. Kiwi spotted Beachwear
ponies at Toys R Us in Ontario and the large plush
ponies are out and about in Canada, too, at
Wal-Mart. New Yarn Hair plush are available at
some US K-marts. A new style of plush pony is
available in crane machines. They are made with a
shimmery material. KB Toys has gotten in the new
Butterfly Island sets. You can also find these at
some Wal-Mart stores and maybe at Target soon. Red
Rooster restaurants in Australia have a new
release of their plush keychains, including in
this set: Fluttershy, Butterscotch, Triple Treat,
and Star Catcher (thanks, miclin80). I also
heard that Amazon ran out of Minty dressup ponies,
but apparently those are back in stock now. While
I know lots of collectors groan whenever a pony is
reissued, I must say, there are a lot of parents
out there who are sooo happy to see it because
their kids all want one. So, Hasbro, it's time to
reissue Kimono, because I get a lot of emails from
parents looking for her.
Hasbro has a
survey on the
www.mylittlepony.com site that discusses
options for the point program and gives them a
little feedback on how it's going, so I recommend
you take it once. Interesting to note, they are
considering offering a 3-foot plush pony for 150
points.
Snohawk and others had this to share about
Love Wishes. Some sources at Hasbro said
Love Wishes was being sent out as a substitution
for Sunshimmer, but Love Wishes might not be
available for order at a later date. She might
only be available to those with outstanding
Sunshimmer orders. It is simply not clear at this
time if Love Wishes will be available for order in
2005 or if it will be a new pony (we just don't
know what they're doing yet). Hopefully we'll have
more details on this situation soon, because they
are supposed to update soon.
OK,
and I know it has nothing to do with MLP, but in
spring of '05, Breyer is coming out with these new
ponies:
Wind Dancers (MLPTP link). Take a peek and
maybe you'll like these, too. Also be sure to keep
an eye on all the online stores this holiday
season to take advantage of free shipping and sale
prices when they are offered. :)

I'm
adding this one back just to have a spot to put
this picture of Yours Truly. Pony is not out yet!
She will be exclusive at Target in the US this
year for Valentine's day. There will probably be
three of them. So far we know the other one is
named Always and Forever. Interesting that she
comes packaged in a heart-shaped bubble. :) Images

Well,
I'm back. Did you miss me? :)
I
think I will tackle my inbox tonight (haha) and
then start site updates between snoozing and
holiday shopping later today. Of course, I'll
start with the checklists as those need updating
the most. I see there is all kinds of news out
there to catch up on.

updates will begin again on Dec 14th, as well as
updates to the rest of the site. 2005 product
sections will go live at that time and some
products will shift into the new category. All
2004 profiles will
be updated by the end of the year. Please note
that some of these pages are currently online, but
I didn't have time to upload all the images. I'll
finish this with the next update. Any additional
information or picture requests will be added here in
January. Our thanks, again and again, to everyone
who helps to keep the site updated. It's been a
busy year for ponies!
