Rainbow
Ponies have multi-colored hair. They were first
available in 2003 and came with a brush, charm, pearly
ribbon and two pony points. They were a part of the
general assortment available at most stores.
Rainbow
Dash, Sunny Daze, Wysteria, and Sweetberry were some of
the original characters introduced in the summer of
2003. They feature prominently on most MLP advertising.
Rainbow Dash
and Sunny Daze were reissued in
new poses in the fall of 2003 and two new characters joined the line. They
were advertised as "New Friends."
