New
MLP
Playdoh set coming out mid-December!
Grow, cut, and style Pinkie Pie’s mane
and tail! Hasbro offering $100 Product
Giveaway at www.mylittlepony.com.
Play each day until Jan 9th. New copies
of the MLP Sticker book have corrected
the sticker count from 50 to 40 (thanks,
SkyeSurfer).
Kohls is offering this vanity case.
This was mentioned in a previous report,
but at the time Kohls was updating their
site and the listing was unavailable.
Thanks Julie for reminding me to
put it up now. Walmart still seems to
have the best price on large MLP character
pillows, though it would appear Target
may now carry them, too (thanks, Kimono11
and Sharnofshade). Also, we get
a lot of requests for MLP Birthday supplies.
There are none on the market that we know
of (not yet), so please let us know if
you find any. Basic Fun reports that their
mini MLP keychains will be coming out
in Australia (thanks, Sparkle Baby
Starflower). Set includes Pinkie Pie,
Rainbow Dash, Minty, and Wysteria. |

MO
Pony Bead Bracelets
are now being delivered; the charms have
a flower, butterfly, and pony on them
(thanks, Friskyryski). Celebration
Salon now in Canada (thanks, Lovehaze).
This is the one without the additional
value pack ponies.
A Ponyville map discovered by Merino.
We also received a new email from Ponyville
that starts out...
US-based collectors have been dreaming
of this day...now you can buy APPLEJACK
and MEADOWBROOK PONIES in two exclusive
playsets. Originally sold only in Europe,
these MY LITTLE PONY playsets are full
of fun and available only at select retailers...
Interesting.
Applejack
has been in the US for some time now.
Meadowbrook, too, though not as long as
Applejack (and maybe they meant Amberlocks?).
They were available in Australia, too,
but I digress... if it had read Sweet
Summertime and Winter Snow
I would have been more excited. ;) hee

Who do you suppose this is?
This sticker is found in the
Paint with Water & Sticker Book
By Bendan Publishing.
Perhaps Snowflake, though the sticker
is actually quite purple...

Sneak Peaks of Rainbow Flash and Petal
Blossom (thanks, Galaxy).
It has been indicated that these are not
princess ponies (though they come with
crowns), but are long-haired ponies. New
sources indicate that these ponies might
not be out until spring (even though it
was earlier indicated that they have already
been shipped to stores; we simply do not
know at this time which is accurate).
Target and other retailers are now getting
in new kid’s clothing sets, included hooded
jackets and pants sets. Mervyn’s has a
new floppy beach-type hat in blue-jean-style,
plus other accessories (thanks, Sparklepony).
New sticker kit available for sale on
Barnes and
Nobles (thanks, Princess Silverswirl).
Petition for a new official
G3 MLP fanclub (from Peppermint Crunch). |

Our
computer was down earlier, so we have
some news updates to catch up on. First
off, there is a new survey on
www.mylittlepony.com that you can
fill out. Included in the survey is a
question about what you’d like to see
at a special MLP event that would likely
be held in the year 2004 (such as sneak
peeks of products for 2005; thanks AlliedMustang
and Brian). |

Updated
2004
Book List. Some interesting text excerpts
from the UK magazine and annual, brought
to us by TwilightStarshine.
“I remember a time long ago,” Kimono
began, “when flying Pegasus Ponies used
to ride the rainbows; the skies glowed
with colour!”
Kimono is the most wise and knowing
Pony in all of Ponyland. Kimono tells
of times past, like when the forests were
filled with beautiful Unicorns.
Interesting what these storyline snippets
imply about the magical ponies of the
past. Sure would make for some interesting
fan-fics. Just how old is Kimono, anyway?

Amazon.com
now offering MLP diary and lunchbox set.
A lot of people are wondering, “What is
Tyvek?” If you took part in the recent
Pony Points program and ordered a
playmat, the playmat is made of this
material. In the case of the playmat,
it is a very thin, papery-plasticy material.
Learn

are still being delivered, so if you
have not received yours, they may yet
come this week or next. If you have received

the company handling the promotion). If
you receive someone else’s package by
mistake, just return it to your postal
worker or post office to be resent at
no charge to you. Shipping errors are
now being reviewed. |

Our friend, Heidi
reporting from the frontlines:
“I talked to Hasbro
today and they called me back at my house.
I was at work but my mom took down all
the info for me! Supposedly, they have
indeed started shipping the items out
but for some reason they have shipped
everything separate. They still don't
have the bracelets in to be shipped, but
they shipped
Dazzle Surprise out today, the playmat
yesterday, and the video the day before.
Crazy huh?”
Yes,
very strange!
But very exciting all the same. |

Nov 3, 2003
